Wellness Exams
We recommend pets receive an annual nose to tail wellness exam. This, combined with regular bloodwork, provides a baseline of health that allows us to more accurately detect any changes in your pet.
Emergency Care
We have veterinarians and personnel who are trained and equipped to handle urgent care for your pet during REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. Emergency situations range from being hit by a car, ingestion of possible toxins to acute changes in your pets behavior and demeanor.
After hours emergencies should be directed to:

Vaccinations
Our veterinarians will work with you to determine the best course of action based on your pet's lifestyle and risk factors.
Surgery
From spay and neuters to the more complex surgical procedures, our team is dedicated to making sure your pet receives the highest quality of care. In-house laboratory diagnostics are available to make sure your pet is safe to undergo anesthesia. Vital signs are monitored throughout the procedure. Your pet will receive the appropriate pain management medication. Your pet will continue to be monitored and made comfortable until they are ready for discharge.
Microchip
A microchip in your dog or cat provides an extra layer of protection in the event that you and your pet become separated. Micro-chipping is a permanent means of identification that is registered in a national database. PetLink offers lifetime registration at no cost to the pet owner.
Professional Grooming
Please contact our groomer directly. If you don't have her number or are a new client please call our main phone, 913-642-9371 and let us know.
Dental Care
Your pet's oral hygiene is important in preventing infection, both orally and to its organs, tooth loss, and discomfort. Routine care can add years of pain-free living. During the examination, your pet's mouth will be assessed for swelling, abscesses, excessive tartar, and odor to determine whether a cleaning and/or extractions are needed.
Boarding
Going out of town and need a safe place for your dog or cat to stay while you're gone? Call us to make a boarding reservation for your 4-legged friends. We will accommodate their personal and medical needs while staying with us.
Our staff is trained to give medications and feed special diets if necessary. We feed our canine guests iVet Veterinary Basic Maintenance and our feline guests Royal Canin Urinary SO if they didn't bring food from home.
Drop-off and pick-up times are during normal business hours, Monday through Saturday.
