Thomas McKee, DVM


Dr. McKee graduated from K-State in 1980. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Food Animal Medicine. He has been a professor at Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine teaching students the care of cattle, sheep, pigs, and goats. He enjoys hunting, playing bag-pipes, and spending time with his wife Kathy and their three children.

Bruce R. Freeman, DVM


Dr. Freeman is a native Kansan and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University in 1980.  In that same summer, he married Lisa.  They have three children; Don, Carolyn and Claire.  Their family continues to grow as the kids marry and have kids of their own.  In addition, Jake the cat who thinks he is a dog, Dozer and Stella, yellow Labradors, are very important family members.  Dr. Freeman founded Overland Park and Roeland Park Veterinary Centers in 1985 and 1988 respectively.  Leisure time is filled with golf and bbq with friends as well as fun and travel with family. Dr. Freeman is an active member of Lenexa United Methodist Church and the K-State Alumni Association as well as multiple veterinary associations.





Tawny deKeijzer, DVM


Dr. Tawny is a 2001 graduate from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University.  After living and practicing in Las Vegas, she returned to her home state of Kansas to raise her beautiful daughter, Morena and to be near her family.  Tawny's standard poodle, Zwartje, (pronounced Swatcha) spends her days at work with her.  Her hobbies include crafting, backyard chickens, and beekeeping.
