Kathy Davis, Office Manager

Dedication and passion for her work are words often used to describe Kathy. She volunteers delivering meals with Meals on Wheels with her husband, Ken.  They have two daughters and three granddaughters who bring much love and happiness to their lives.

Jan Huff, Receptionist

Always with a smile on her face, Jan greets our two and four-legged friends and makes them feel right at home. OPVC is fortunate to have a receptionist who takes the time to get to know everyone who visits our clinic and who can work with someone as demanding as Garth, our clinic cat.  In addition to her husband, kids and grandkids, she shares her life with her Shih Tzu, Ivy.

Tammy Ashberger, Receptionist

Tammy has worked in the veterinary field for 10 years.  Does she loves pets?  Just ask her 5 dogs, 6 cats and 5 birds.  When she's not busy caring for pets at home or at work, Tammy stays busy with her daughter, Kendall.

Madi Martin, Receptionist Assistant

Madi is attending Johnson County Community College to start her journey of becoming an elementary school teacher. She has a close relationship with her family: including her parents, younger brother, and dog Skeeter.

Cindy Wimberly, Technician

Since 2005, our four-legged friends have been smothering Cindy, their favorite technician, with kisses and wagging tails.  They know they are fortunate to have such a caring and loving tech who makes their exams less stressful and their x-rays, tests and vaccinations more comfortable.  When she is not busy working, she is taking care of her menagarie of pets at home and her husband, Steve.

Amy Gossage, Kennel Assistant

Since 2005, Amy has arrived to work bright and early to take the boarding dogs out for their morning stroll.  She would consider walking the dogs one of her favorite parts of her job. Amy's sense of humor and her love of music make the kennel a fun place to be.  When she's not busy working, she has her hands full caring for her Shih Tzu mix (adopted from OPVC, of course), Daisy.

Edith Roe-Foley, Kennel Assistant

Edith is an animal lover for sure.  She has dogs, cats and even a chameleon.  One of the things she loves most is getting to know each of the pets staying in our kennel.

Ethan Ober- Kennel Assistant

If he could, Ethan would take home every dog and cat that walks through our door.  So far, he's adopted his kitten, Fern and his Great Dane, Torque since he started.  Ethan works at the clinic part-time, as he is a busy high school student.

Tabby Porter, Kennel Assistant

Tabby joined OPVC in late summer of 2016.  She came to us with over three years experience working as a kennel assistant in a vet clinic.  The pets are fortunate to have Tabby caring for them.  She is kind, gentle and treats every dog and cat as if they were her own.

B.J. Reichman, Groomer

B.J. is kind, patient and talented.  That's why dogs and cats love her.  She has many years of experience grooming and takes time to listen to how clients want their pets groomed.

Tammie Potter, Technician

While Tammie spends most of her days as a caring tech you might also see her big smile at the front desk. When she is not at work she enjoys doing activities with her two children and grandcats.

Garth, Assistant to Jan

Garth, our clinic cat with the white tip on his tail, spends his days helping Jan schedule appointments and double checking her work.  During his non-working hours, he loves playing with his stuffed mice, inspecting the other toys in his toybox and napping in empty boxes.  Be sure to ask to say hello to him on your next visit.

Garth

Fred Baker, Kennel Assistant

Fred is the newest addition to our staff. He is a kind and hardworking addition to our team, who likes to spend time with his dog buddy in his free time.

Nick Sorenson, Kennel Assistant

Nick is an Eagle Scout.  He is a dedicated, hard-worker at OPVC.  He takes his job of caring for the dogs and cats seriously.  We know they are in good hands when Nick is on the job.
